Our responsibility in this stage includes

• Construction Drawings

Production of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications serving as the basis for obtaining construction bids and permits. We are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders and correspondence.

• Disciplinary Coordination

Collaboration with the engineers and consultants to ensure that all aspects of the design and technical specifications are well-integrated and meet the project's requirements.

• Code Compliance

In collaboration with local consultants, we ensure that the design and BIM model complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

• Value Engineering

Perform Value Engineering, which involves optimizing the design to achieve cost savings without compromising the project's quality or functionality.

• Bidding Process

Assist in the bidding process by preparing bid packages, distributing them to contractors, and answering questions from potential bidders.

• Design Consistency

We are responsible for maintaining the design intent and quality of the project throughout construction.

• Quantity Take-Off

Development of detailed quantity take-off from our BIM models allowing contractor/developer to prepare a detailed cost estimations.

• Communication and Controle

Maintaining an ongoing communication with the client to present final design amendments, discuss any concerns and keep the client informed about the progress of the project.
